SHIPPING INFORMATION
KAQE offers free shipping on any order!
Orders are usually confirmed, processed, and packages shipped in 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Once an order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided during checkout.
Packages are sent to the shipping address you provided during checkout. We do not re-route packages.
We generally ship all items in an order in a single package. In some cases, however, the items may be split into multiple packages.
Packages are sent using a shipping carrier of our choice.
INSURANCE
KAQE's shipping label provides insurance for all items against theft and accidental damage while in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address.
Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address, all merchandise within becomes your responsibility.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
If there was loss or damage of products during transit, please contact our support team immediately using the Contact Us form or via e-mail at support@kaqe.co.
Document the damage. Take photos of the package and items that show any shipping damage. Do not throw anything away. Do not attempt to modify, handle, or repair an item.
We cannot accept liability for damages until it has been confirmed by our staff that the damage was due to the carrier.

FAILURE TO DELIVER
In the unlikely case that we are unable to deliver your order to the shipping address you provided during checkout, your order may be cancelled and all payments refunded.
In the even more unlikely case that the items are successfully delivered after a refund has been processed, you must pay for them or return them at your own expense.
