KAQE wants you to you be a happy and satisfied customer with every purchase. However, we understand that things do not always work out. We have designed a very convenient return policy for when that happens.
ENSURING FIT
Artisan clothing is made by hand and may vary slightly from the sizing information we provide.
If you are concerned about an item fitting, please contact our support team for sizing or style advice. They will happily measure the merchandise for you if you are struggling with selecting an appropriate size.

FAULTY GOODS & SHIPPING DAMAGES
If there was loss or damage of products during transit, notify our support team immediately upon receipt to help resolve the issue. You may use the Contact Us form.
Document the damage. Take photos of the package and items to show any shipping damage. Do not throw anything away. Do not attempt to modify, handle, or repair an item. Our support team will walk you through the process.
We cannot accept liability for damages until it has been confirmed by our staff that the damage was originally faulty or due to the carrier.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number. You may use the Contact Us form.
We recommend you use the undamaged shipping box you received your order in to return any items.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
We provide one (1) pre-paid return shipping label per order, free of charge. This option provides insurance for the shipment; you will not be responsible in case of loss or damage of any merchandise during transport.
The free return shipping label will be sent to the e-mail in the original purchase order after a return is initiated.
RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee will be charged on every returned item. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
Items that are returned must meet the following criteria to be accepted for refund:
- Returns using our free return shipping label must be requested within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to choose your own courier, items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
- Items we receive must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and complete.
- Items we receive must have all tags undamaged and attached.
Items that are marked as "Final Sale", "As Is", or similar cannot be returned.
Returns that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Processing a return takes a few business days once returned items reach our facility. We inspect every item to make sure it complies with our return policy.
Items that are accepted for return result in a refund issued to the original payment method.
Items that are rejected will be sent back to the original shipping address and no refund will be issued.
Once a refund is issued, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address submitted with the returned item's order.
Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer exchanges. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
